On Feb. 2, 2011, the Mexican Ministry of Economic Affairs issued an Announcement on its official bulletin, concluding the review investigation into the carbon steel pipe/tube fittings ( HS Code 7307.93.01) originating in China and deciding to impose anti-dumping duty of USD1.05 per kilogram (the original anti-dumping was USD2.07 per kilogram) for a period of 5 years staring from August 5, 2009. The decision takes effect as from February 3, 2011.
